Career Planning and Employment Coaching helps learners connect their acquired skills to real-world opportunities. In a rapidly changing job market, technical knowledge alone is not enough — one must also know how to find employment, present oneself professionally, and sustain a long-term career. By the end of the module, each learner has a clear career direction, a professional résumé, and the mindset of a career-ready individual who can compete locally and internationally.

Identifying personal strengths, interests, values, and motivators. Mapping them to career options and developing self-knowledge as the foundation of every career decision.

Crafting a résumé and cover letter that work locally and internationally, building a digital professional presence, and avoiding common application pitfalls.

Interview Skills, Communication & Personal Presentation

Verbal and non-verbal interview techniques, behavioral and competency-based questions, body language, professional attire, and managing nerves.

Career Programs & Strategic Planning

Setting career goals using the SMART framework, mapping short / medium / long-term milestones, and aligning learning and certifications with chosen career programs.
