Scholarship slots are TESDA-funded. They are allocated by TESDA and subject to availability, so a slot cannot be guaranteed.
A focused program designed around five workplace AI competencies — drafting, research, analysis and verifying what the machine gives you.
English plus ten Philippine reading languages, so a difficult idea can be met in the language you think in. Nationwide accessibility, one program.
Practical, real-world business integration and self-reliance skills, included in the registered 61 hours — so the work can also be turned toward something of your own.
Every learner completes an integrated capstone: you apply AI workflows to a real academic, workplace or organizational use case and defend it in an oral questioning session.

The 61-hour registered program includes an Entrepreneurship module, so the work you learn to do with AI can also be turned toward something of your own.
How you are assessed
Three methods, and a person behind every one of them. AI helps prepare the evidence notes your assessor reads; it never decides whether you passed. The standard is AI-assisted, human-approved.
Checks that you understand the tools, the rules and the risks before you touch live work.
An assessor asks you to explain your reasoning in your own words, so the knowledge is genuinely yours.
You do the task — draft, summarise, verify — and the work itself is what gets judged.
Every learner completes an integrated capstone: you apply AI workflows to a real academic, workplace or organizational use case and defend it in an oral questioning session.
Reading languages
The official content of the program is English; the other ten sit alongside it as reading aids.
The Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) was granted to iStart International Inc., Dolho, Bato, Leyte, on 30 July 2026. It is a program registration — not a school accreditation — and it covers this program only.
What you receive
Finish and you receive iStart's certificate of completion for a TESDA-registered program. Your enrolment and completion are reported to TESDA through T2MIS, as the registration requires. TESDA has not yet issued a Training Regulation for AI workplace skills, so completion is certified by iStart under the registered program rather than through a National Certificate assessment — we say this plainly so nobody assumes otherwise.
