Ethel brings 14 years of international career consulting and global education leadership to iStart. As Co-Founder of St. Angelo Global Academy and former leader of organizations including Intrepid Adventures and ThinkGLOBAL Care, she has spent her career building structured pathways for aspiring professionals. iStart is the culmination of that work — a deliberately small, deliberately careful operation built to give Filipino dreamers the direction they deserve.
