Definition of professional image, key elements (appearance, behavior, communication), why first impressions matter, and how image affects customer perception and career growth.

Workplace Etiquette & Professionalism

The meaning of etiquette and its role in work relationships. Professional vs. unprofessional behaviors, cultural differences in etiquette, and the benefits of good etiquette to career and teamwork.

Personal Grooming & Deportment

Grooming standards, hygiene practices, industry-specific dress codes and uniforms, posture, body language, and the "dress for the job you want" principle.

Communication & Professional Conduct

Verbal vs. non-verbal communication, active listening and empathy, professional language and tone, email/chat/telephone etiquette, and social media behavior for professionals.

Work Ethics & Respectful Behavior

Core values — integrity, punctuality, responsibility. Respect for hierarchy and co-workers, handling criticism and conflict professionally, and case examples of ethical and unethical behavior.
