Every iLearner journey begins here. Three interconnected programs build the professional skills, practical experience, and academic alignment you'll need.

  1. 1

    PDGCP — The Core Program

PDGCP is a 6-module career readiness program that develops your professional behavior, confidence, and practical understanding of the workplace. You may take individual modules based on your needs, or complete the full program for a complete career preparation experience.

  2. 2

    Industry Simulation Attachment

The program includes practical exposure and applied learning, helping you understand how real work environments operate. This ensures you don't just learn—you gain awareness, confidence, and readiness.

  3. 3

    ICEC — Certification Upon Completion

Learners who complete all six modules of PDGCP may be awarded the International Career Essentials Certification (ICEC). This certification is not based on completion alone. It reflects your demonstrated readiness, based on your participation, performance, and overall development throughout the program.

All iStart programs begin with PDGCP / ICEC.
