Welcome to iStart International Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account on our portal, or purchasing our services (including Corporate Services, Academic Pathways, and the Mentors League), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must strictly stop using our platform and services immediately.

2. Nature of Services

iStart International Inc. is a management and advisory firm registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines. We provide:

  • Educational Support: Industry-aligned curriculum design and delivery via partners like St. Angelo Global Academy.
  • Visa & Pathway Assistance: Facilitation of international internship and study documents.
  • Mentorship: A platform connecting professionals with students and institutions.

Disclaimer: We act within a non-fiduciary and non-asset-management framework. We are an advisory body and do not guarantee specific visa approvals, employment outcomes, or business profits.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access courses or upload documents, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Visa and Document Uploads (Crucial)

Our portal allows students to upload sensitive documents (passports, IDs, etc.) for visa and internship processing. By uploading documents, you certify that:

  1. Authenticity: All documents provided are genuine, unexpired, and legally valid.
  2. Ownership: You are the rightful owner of the documents.

Limitation of Liability: iStart International Inc. facilitates the processing of these documents but is not a government agency or visa issuance authority. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or losses caused by third-party embassies, government changes, or falsified information provided by the user.

5. Educational Courses and Certifications

  • Content: Course materials are for educational purposes only.
  • Certificates: Certificates of Completion are issued in coordination with our educational partners (e.g., St. Angelo Global Academy).
  • Access: Course access is granted only to the paying user. Sharing login credentials to allow others to view paid content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices posted on the website are subject to change without notice.
  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, courses and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Service Fees: Fees paid for visa processing or mentorship matching are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

7. For Mentors (The Mentors League)

If you join the Mentors League, you agree that:

  • You are acting as an independent contractor/consultant, not an employee of iStart International Inc.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the expertise and advice you provide to students.
  • Commissions and payouts are calculated based on the rates agreed upon during your onboarding and are subject to tax laws in the Philippines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and course materials on this site are the property of iStart International Inc. or its content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of Leyte or Cebu City, to the exclusion of all other courts.
